APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are now required for all BRIDES.
A $25.00 deposit is required to secure an appointment. No fees will be charged unless cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment or customer is considered a No Show.
An Appointment guarantees that you will have dedicated one-on-one time with one of our professional consultants.
Appointments are schedule for one to two hours and are limited to the Customer plus 4 guests and no children under the age of 13 and NO STROLLERS. - Kindly respect this policy and do not ask for exceptions.
For parties with more than 4 guests and no more than 6 guests, Please see the section below (Tux's VIP Bridal Experience).
Guests must remain seated in the runway section of the store during the appointment. This allows the consultant to focus on the bride and provide her with the undivided attention she deserves.
It is highly recommended that Brides bring heels and undergarments to their appointment for the best try-on experience.

TUX'S VIP BRIDAL EXPERIENCE

Brides with more than 4 and up to 6 guests will be required to book our VIP appointment.

A $75.00 non-refundable fee paid in advance is required; however, this fee will be applied to same day

purchase only.

2 professional consultants will provide attention to every detail of the bride's visit
Guests will be provided paddles and shades and be seated in our comfortable lounge area
Appointment will be 2 hours+ in length
Brides should bring heels and undergarments to their appointment
No children under the age of 13 and no strollers permitted - Kindly respect this policy and do not ask for exceptions.

ALTERATION APPOINTMENTS

Allow Minimum 6-8 weeks for Bridal
Allow Minimum 3-4 weeks for Formal Attire/Flower Girls
All work is performed on site by our experienced couture alterations department
Payment is due and payable in full at the first appointment/fitting
Brides MUST bring heels and undergarments they plan on wearing with their gown to their appointments; otherwise appointment will be rescheduled
No children under the age of 13 and NO strollers permitted during fittings
